Please read our exchange and refund guidelines carefully before placing your order.

01. Jewellery Exchanges ✨

Eligible jewellery items may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused and unworn.
It remains in its original condition and packaging.
You contact us within the exchange period.

Items that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not qualify.

02. Damaged or Incorrect Items 📦

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

A clear unboxing video.
Clear pictures of the item and its packaging.
Your order number and details.

After reviewing the evidence, we will inform you whether an exchange or refund is applicable.

03. Custom Press-on Nails 💅

Custom nails are prepared according to the sizes and details provided by the customer.

Custom nail orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to customer-provided sizing errors or a change of mind. Please double-check your nail sizes before confirming your order.

04. Change of Mind ♡

We do not normally accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind or personal preference, except where required by applicable law.

05. Approved Refunds 💌

Refunds are subject to review and approval. If a refund is approved, we will explain the applicable refund method and expected processing details.
